As a Client Onboarding Senior Representative, you will be responsible for providing oversight/control on client account opening documents to help reduce the firm's risk with the applicable regulating bodies.

This is a 12 month term position.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

  • Review, analyze and approve//reject documents for completion and accuracy using various system applications
  • Provide support on account opening related queries by remaining current and informed on existing and new industry regulations and firm policies and procedures
  • Adhere to processing deadlines within established Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring customer satisfaction and processing efficiency levels are met and maintained
  • Maintain client account integrity by performing sundry duties as required

The Must Haves:

  • Post secondary education
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset
  • Prior knowledge of financial industry policies and regulations including AML/ATF, Privacy, KYC, QI & FATCA, IIROC Reg 1300 and CRS is an asset
  • Knowledge of AS400, Broadridge, SCORE and WealthOne
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

  • Strong attention to detail
