Audi Moncton has an opening for a bilingual Delivery Specialist to provide exceptional post-sale customer service to our clients.

• Be the guru on the technology of all the vehicles - keep up to date on new technology and be able to troubleshoot technological issues.
• Work with the Sales and Services Departments to ensure the vehicle is ready to be picked up by its new owner.
• And then meet the customer to hand over their keys and go over the features of the vehicle.
• Follow up with customers a day or two after they drive off the lot and make sure their new vehicle is working to their expectations.
• We're a small store and employees wear multiple hats - you'll be helping out with reception duties.
• There are many other projects you'll work on throughout the year (special promotions, setting up sales events, putting reports and data together).

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or demonstrated experience in the field of Marketing and/or Sales
• Fluently bilingual in English and French is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while paying strict attention to detail
• Passionate about the automotive industry and new vehicles in general
• Positive, Outgoing, Energetic personality
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
