Administrative Assistant

Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for the role of Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is exceptionally organized, detail oriented, with exceptional computer skills and seeking potential growth within their role. In this position the qualified candidates will be responsible for ensuring documents are accurately and stored in the company data base, and in the appropriate place for external and internal use.
Available Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Rate Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
• Print and distribute documents as needed
• Scan and upload documents according to company procedure
• Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control
• Create templates/spreadsheet for use by other personnel
• Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive document
• Storing, organizing and managing files
• Typing, editing, and proofreading documents
• Establish and maintain record retention timelines
Candidate Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work as a team and independently
• A minimum 2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Completion of an Administrative Program
