Straight Truck Delivery Driver

Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for Straight Truck Driver to join our client's Home Delivery Team based in Oromocto, NB. Our client is declared part of Canada's best managed companies for multiple years in a row. We are looking for drivers with enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service. Available Shifts: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

· Deliver furniture and appliances inside customer's homes.

· Work as a team with helper.

· Ability to navigate GPS and delivery software.

· Physical lifting and carrying of products into customer's home with no damages.

· Document delivery status.

· Assemble products in customer's home.

· Customer service in home and on the phone.

· Rotational Saturday's and overtime available.

Candidate Requirements:

· Must have Class 5 commercial driving experience.

· Minimum of 2-year experience.

· Ability to lift and carry heavy product in excess of 100lbs.

· Customer service oriented.

· Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and Saturdays as required

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Driver's Abstract (Must be within 30 days).

· CSA safety boots/ shoes, in good condition.

· This role requires the submission of a Criminal Record Search.

· Excellent customer service skills and customer focused.

· Excellent communication skills.
