Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment
- Understand the strategic needs of the company and talent requirements, and in conjunction with HR Director, align HR strategy to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure HR initiatives support overall goals
- Lead HR projects such as employer branding initiatives, benefits plan optimization and employee events to support the organization.
Talent Management
- Identify talent needs for different business units
- Participate in recruitment efforts, interview candidates and assess fit
- Facilitate smooth onboarding process
- Provide guidance on performance improvement plans
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
HR Expertise
- Interpret HR strategies, policies, guidelines and programs
- Provide expertise in areas such as compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Support organizational changes, communicate to employees and ensure smooth transitions
- Ensure practices adhere to legal recruitments keeping updated on legal practices
- Handle employee documentation and records
Consulting and Coaching
- Act as a bridge between employees and management
- Address employee concerns, conflicts
- Provide consulting and coaching to branch and department managers
- Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives.
- Align our people management with business strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field;
- Preference will be given to those with experience. HR certification or major
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
