Jump Recruitment, on behalf of our client, Quorum Information Technologies, is seeking Appointment Coordinators to join their team in Canada!

Location - Remote (Canada)

Job type - Full-time; Average working hours is 40 hours/week

Reports to - Call Center Team Manager

Ready to hit the open road of automotive tech?

Quorum's Appointment Coordinator is the primary point of contact between the Automotive Dealership and their customers. With the focus always on customer service, the appointment coordinator schedules routine and unplanned maintenance for vehicles. The goal is always to build and maintain positive relationships between both parties.

Here is what we will expect from you at work:

• Receive and respond to inbound calls from customers who want to schedule service with their automotive dealership.

• Complete outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle maintenance recommendations, recalls, appointment confirmations, and customer satisfaction after an automotive dealership visit.

• Respond to all customer inquiries by listening to understand, showing empathy, and gathering all applicable information before recommending solutions.

Here is the kind of candidate we are looking for:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)

• Previous customer service experience is required.

• Previous contact center experience (inbound and outbound) is an asset.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously.

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications.

• Detail-oriented, professional, reliable, positive, and dedicated.

Additional Requirements/Details

• This is a remote position, suitable high-speed internet connection is required (direct connection, not wireless or satellite) as well as a suitable home workspace.

• Criminal background check required.

• Our Business Development Center (BDC) has hours of operation between Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM ADT - 11:00 PM ADT, and Saturday 8 AM ADT - 9 PM ADT. The center is closed on Sundays and runs limited operations during Canadian & US holidays. Applicants are asked to be flexible to work within these hours of operation. Hours are subject to change with notice.
