Due to our continued growth and success at a local, national, and international level, we are looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition, to join our corporate Talent team. In this high-impact role as Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team and play a hands-on role focused on recruiting top talent to deliver on Vision33 growth. You and your team will be using creative sourcing strategies to attract talent into these roles which are key to the growth of the organization and support of our clients. In a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with leaders on their hiring needs to meet growth plans and contribute to a positive candidate experience and an equitable hiring process.

As Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and actively participating in the full cycle recruitment process by working internal and external stakeholders to execute on a talent acquisition plan that produces a strong talent pipeline needed for current and future business growth.
• Leading and mentoring a team of local and remote talent acquisition specialists to deliver a global corporate-wide resource plan.
• Partnering with external vendors and third-party firms to collaborate and contribute to Vision33's growth plans.
• Evaluating and updating internal processes and protocols to increase efficiency and deliver on plans.
• Increasing awareness and brand presence of Vision33 through the creation of social media campaigns and compelling marketing content across multiple platforms.
• Monitoring key recruitment metrics necessary to deliver against the forecasted plan, as well as identifying trends and areas for development.
• Partnering with the Talent and Corporate Services leadership team to ensure efficient, effective, and seamless processes are in place to support onboarding of new employees.
• Staying informed and sharing trends of innovative recruiting techniques and practices.

Excited to face any new challenge, you will bring to this position the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources/business with Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in recruitment.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Tech savvy with full command of digital sourcing tools and social media sites.
• Strong professional social media presence.
• Experience working with candidate application tracking systems such as BambooHR.
• Demonstrated experience in a metrics-driven environment is required.
• Must be a proactive, energetic self-starter, and problem-solver.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have a passion for rapidly growing businesses and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptive, resilient to change and eager to take on challenging projects and the drive required for successful delivery.
