BMW/MINI Moncton is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist. We are seeking a customer-focused individual to represent our company and the BMW and MINI brands. This is an entry-level position.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers in the sales area of the dealership and direct to the appropriate area
• Answering the telephone and transferring calls
• Make customers feel welcome by offering beverages
• Maintain all customer areas for appearance
• Taking payments

Qualifications

• A college diploma in Office Administration and/or Business is an asset
• Must be bilingual in English and French
• Excellent telephone manners and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Operating system, basic understanding of Excel, Internet, email
• Strong customer service skills
