The Senior Manager CIAM, will direct a team of engineers to build all aspects of the Enterprise CIAM platform an its features.

Is this role right for you ? In this role you will :

  • Manage the team (Direct and indirect reports) in area of project scheduling, technical direction, future planning and standard development practices that aligned to business and technology strategy, enterprise standards and best practices
  • Oversee the development lifecycle, including design, development, and maintenance of Enterprise CIAM platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop and maintain technology target state and roadmap for application portfolios in collaboration with Product Leads, Architects and other stakeholders
  • Negotiate IT project requirements such as scope, schedule, cost, resources, integration, change, quality, etc

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We would love to work with you if you have :

  • 10+ years of IT experience with clear progression through various roles leading with at least 3 years of experience leading software development team with proven track record of building a product and taking it to market
  • Bachelor (equivalent or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience in Security Architecture on the areas of authentication
  • Proven hands-on experience in leading Proof of Concept / Proof of Technology initiatives
  • Experience in architecting end-to-end solutions involving multiple technology platforms and developing solutions leveraging established architecture/design frameworks
  • Build and maintain solid, professional working relationships with peers and executives within IT teams and the business lines.
  • Superior problem solving and decision making skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment is required.
  • Strong communication both verbally and written, and good interpersonal skills
  • Detailed understanding and strong past experience in various web and database technologies

Must have:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
  • 5 years experience leading and managing IAM application development and design teams
  • 5 years hands-on experience developing IAM solutions in a Major Bank in North America
  • Expert knowledge on the regulations, industrial standards, protocols and best practices related to CIAM
  • 3 years of solution architecture experience

Nice to have:

  • Strong experience in Enterprise Product Management
  • Fluent in Spanish
