Your Contribution
We are looking for a fulltime Intermediate Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in either of our Moncton or Saint John New Brunswick locations. As part of our Team, you will be working alongside our experienced group of professionals on a variety of project related tasks within the consulting industry. Although experience in consulting could be an asset, those with work experience in the construction industry, financial, or administrative background should apply.
A sample of responsibilities that you may participate in:
- Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules
- Work closely with our Project Managers in compliance with internal standards and scheduling workload and deliverables;
- Complete project openings, budget review & updates;
- Attend, compile and distribute meeting minutes, client updates and correspondence;
- Develop and maintain submission tracking;
- Verify grammar, compliance and presentation of reports, contract drawings and specifications;
- Develop schedules, org and gannt charts;
- Investigate and gather information and industry standards, all while having a voice to propose new methods and strategies;
- Maintain and update evolving formats;
- Review and provide summary details on opportunities and reports;
- Attend meetings and liaison with stakeholders.
Your Profile
Assets that will assist in these roles may include:
- Bilingual.
- History in the consulting or construction industry;
- Must have and maintain a valid class 5 drivers license and reliable transportation;
- Use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety;
- Assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands;
- Document written forms and express decisions effectively;
- Ability to read and interpret standard procedures, applicable rules and regulations;
