We have an exciting opportunity for a Solar Sales & Service Representative to join our team in Halifax, NS.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent degree, as well as previous experience in a customer service or sales related role. You should also have high attention to detail and organization skills and be comfortable with making outgoing calls to potential and existing customers. No prior knowledge of electrical or solar systems is required, as we will provide you with the necessary training and support.
What you will do:
- Managing a call list for new and potential residential solar customers
- Calling and collecting pre-sales information to help design solar systems
- Manage customer service for customer base
- Input information in CRM system
- Assist sales in operations and sales tasks, i.e. build proposals, site visits
