We are currently seeking a strong candidate to join our team in Edmonton, AB as an Inside Sales Representative
What you will bring:
The successful candidate will ideally bring customer service or sales experience in a related industry. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, strong self-motivation, outgoing personality, results-driven attitude, and above-average attention to detail are essential. The candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering cutting-edge customer service. Knowledge of cutting tools and industrial & safety products will be viewed as an asset, as will having post-secondary education in a related field.
What you'll do:
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries in person, over phone, and via email
- Preparing quotes, processing orders, sourcing product, and expediting
- Supporting outside sales team to meet and exceed needs of customers
- Providing excellent and quality customer service in person, over the phone and via email
- Providing coverage in the store front as required
