Job Location: Flower's Cove, NL

Family Physician

Labrador-Grenfell Health is seeking a Family Physician to join our multi-disciplinary health care team which provides integrated health care to this rural, yet well-developed region and emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention. This opportunity is available immediately.

Physicians must be eligible for full or provisional licensure by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador. For a preliminary review of your CV for licensure, please submit a CV using the format provided by the College at www.cpsnl.ca. Salary for this position ranges from $158,922-$189,243 as per guidelines set by the Memorandum of Agreement between the Newfoundland and Labrador Medical Association and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador. Physicians will be responsible for outpatient care, on-call and consultations with other physicians.

Existing staff and supports in our region include diagnostic imaging (including CT scan, mammography and ultrasound) and radiologist services, laboratory and pathologist services, intensive care, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, psychiatry, anesthesia, ophthalmology, internal medicine, general surgery and orthopedics.
