For over 30 years, Seville Property Group has provided well-maintained, quality apartments in the Greater Moncton area. We are currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent.

You must be self-motivated and work well in a fast-paced environment with the ability to sell and have excellent communication skills.

• Responsible for managing and maintaining occupancies
• Facilitate call and email leads as they arrive and follow up
• Showing prospective residents available suites and selling the benefits of the amenities and the community
• Provide update-to-date rental information to prospective residents
• Effectively closing the sale
• Prepare, answer questions, and assist prospective residents regarding the rental process, and qualifications and complete the rental application
• Verify completeness and accuracy of application information and all supporting documents
• Prepare move-in information upon approval of the rental application
• Facilitate administrative responsibilities associated with leasing activity
• Rent collection
• Strong people skills. Works well with others with a proven ability to build and foster relationships
• Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated through in-person interactions over the phone and written emails and reports
• Superior sales and customer service background
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. An organized self-starter with exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in a sales environment
• Experience with leasing principles would be an asset
• A professional demeanor
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingualism is considered a strong asset
