On the job support is required for an individual with a developmental/intellectual disability. An adult male is looking to hire a part time job coach, 2- 3 weekends a month to work in an assisted living facility in the Oromocto area.

Responsabilités

The job coach will provide support, through guidance and direction to ensure tasks are completed to industry standards, as well as encouraging and supporting to gain independence in his job-related tasks.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a background in human services, education, or a related area of study, although we will train the right applicant. First Aid/CPR and experience in a similar role is an asset.

The successful applicant must be able to provide a current criminal record check and Social Development check and must also have a reliable means of transportation.

Hours: Up to 16 hours per weekend (Saturday & Sunday approximately 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am- 4:00 pm)
