We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our People and Culture team. This role will be instrumental in maintaining compliance and operational efficiency within the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a knack for managing HRIS and social media.
Job Description

  • Policy Management:

    • Regularly review and update company policies to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
    • Engage with management and staff to collect and integrate feedback into policy revisions.
    • Prepare and disseminate communications about policy updates and changes at regular intervals.
  • HR Information System Management:

    • Maintain accurate employee records in the company's HRIS, reflecting any staff changes such as new hires, departures, or promotions.
  • Procedure and Workflow Development:

    • Design and refine Standard Operating Procedures for the department to ensure consistency and compliance.
    • Manage project management tools to optimize workflow and enhance productivity across the department.
  • Social Media and Communication:

    • Oversee the creation and dissemination of content on company social media platforms, highlighting company initiatives and events.
    • Ensure effective internal communication about company events and initiatives to encourage active employee involvement.
  • Template Management:

    • Develop and sustain templates for various HR processes, including recruitment, hiring, and internal communications.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration from a recognized institution, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
  • Understanding of labour laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and IT savvy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
