Senior Non-Directional Beacon Maintenance and Support Services - Level 3(Reference: P-TBZ)Our Federal Government client is looking for a Senior Non-Directional Beacon Maintenance and Support Services - Level 3 in Ottawa, ON (National Capital Region). The following qualifications are required: Job Description:Maintain and overhaul the AN/FRN-511 Non-Directional Beacon (NDB) and associated test sets at ATESS, the exclusive facility for these services in the CAF. Responsibilities include mechanical and electronic maintenance, updating technical documentation, providing technical assistance, and adhering to safety protocols. Additional duties may involve travel for repairs, ensuring equipment readiness for shipping, and addressing unforeseen tasks within the expertise area.MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS: The Senior Non-Directional Beacon Maintenance and Support Services - Level 3 must have the following skills and experience:

• Language(s): English
• Security Clearance: Valid Secret (Level II)
• A minimum of 60 months of demonstrated experience of technical faultfinding and demonstrated knowledge of any Non-Directional Beacons (NDB) within the last 120 months prior to the bid solicitation publication date.

• Have a qualification for an NDB.
• The Applicant must have a minimum of 60 months of demonstrated experience within the last 120 months prior to the bid solicitation publication date performing PM and CM on a NDB
• The applicant must have a minimum of 60 months of demonstrated experience within the last 120 months prior to the bid solicitation publication date performing NDB; level 1, 2 and 3 maintenances.
• The applicant must have a minimum of 60 months of demonstrated experience within the last 120 months prior to the bid solicitation publication date evaluating tests and performance of non-directional beacons (NDB)
• The applicant must have a minimum of 60 months of demonstrated experience within the last 120 months prior to the bid solicitation publication date working on non-directional beacons (NDB). As demonstrated by performing each of the following

1. Working with analog, digital and RF electronics.
2. Applying beacon knowledge to guide and support sites with Beacon issues; and
3. Performing specialized Beacon maintenance tasks, such as replacement of rotary joints.
