About the Role

The Data Administrator will be responsible for the research, collection and organization of the data and inventory for our websites. The Data team works closely with the development and operations teams in a collaborative environment. Data Administrators are responsible for the quality of the data we produce, as well as keeping records and documenting progress, issues, and ideas.

  • Working with images and PDFs
  • Quality control
  • Updating listings on websites
  • Some copy and description editing/ updating

Talent Specs

  • Computer proficiency and website management is an asset
  • Ability to memorize and recall building names, addresses, agent names and listings
  • Operate with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient at using Excel, Word, Adobe and Apple products
  • Excellent verbal, analytical and organizational skills
  • Independent worker and approachable, positive, and respectful team player
  • Ability to handle a very busy, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proven customer service with a timely response to customer inquiries in a pleasant, courteous, and professional manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactiveness in identifying and solving issues before they occur
  • Background in data entry and ability to do repetitive tasks
