O2E Brands is an exciting, fast growing place and is the parent company of the hugely successful 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. We're looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist to join our rockstar team to accurately and in a timely manner pay our different stakeholders.

For this role's duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office 25% of time.
A Day in the Life
- Accurate invoice processing: up to 500 invoices monthly, full cycle Canadian, US and Australian A/P including inter-company entries
- Accurate and timely processing and reconciliations of corporate credit cards and employee expense reports
Completing EFT processing and cheque runs within the mid month and month end deadlines
- Filing invoices, as well as other documents/backup in an organized manner
- Accurate completion of month end accounts payable procedures
Supporting vendors and employees with excellent customer service regarding accounts payable related queries, ensuring responses and resolutions are made within a timely manner
- Utilizing technology tools and process improvement to enhance efficiency, controls, and accurate
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
- General knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accuracy on a consistent basis
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience using Netsuite and/or multi-currency is an asset
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary $46,000 - $64,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
