Position Overview: As an Automotive Service Advisor at AUTOLOANSERVICES.CA, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, diagnosing customer concerns, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.

  • Listen to customers' automotive concerns and provide accurate recommendations for service and repairs.

  • Prepare detailed service estimates and present them to customers, explaining the benefits and necessity of recommended services.

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work and effective communication of customer needs.

  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional findings during the service process.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and billing information.

  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.

  • Promote and sell additional services or products that enhance the customer's experience and vehicle performance.

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all interactions and work processes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.

  • Preferred: Mechanical background or experience working in an automotive repair facility.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Proficiency in using computer-based systems for service tracking and customer communication.
