We are looking to hire an experienced Training Specialist. The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate ability to apply adult learning theory and principles in developing materials for instructor-led training, train the trainer, self-study, and blended learning; a strong professional communication skills to work directly with stakeholders and peers.
Qualifications:

• 5+ years of direct work experience as a corporate trainer or adult educator, including content development experience
• Demonstrated experience in the design and development of training for virtual classroom and facilitated classroom sessions
• Experience in delivering training programs using a variety of delivery channels including classroom and webinars/web conference
• Experience delivering training programs for system implementations to executives, administration, and an employee audience
• Proficiency in the use of a variety of design packages, such as Articulate and Snag IT

Responsibilities:

• Develop the Learning Plan and consider the delivery strategy
• Leads the work and activities to the Training Plan, including facilitating workshops and producing deliverables and materials
• Conduct a Training Needs Assessment to identify employees who will require training or learning support based on the scope project
• Draft high-level curriculum outline informed by the Change Impact Assessment and Training Needs Assessment
• Perform other duties as required
