We are currently looking for an Intermediate Product Manager to join our team. As an Intermediate Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading and owning one of our key products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, develop roadmaps, and ensure the successful execution of new product initiatives.

Hybrid to Remote Role

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.
  • Understand customer needs and gather product requirements across different markets.
  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Work alongside engineering to drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
  • Collaborate with the overseas Product team regularly to successfully deliver on the agreed upon Product Roadmap.
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Define and execute go-to-market plans, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.
  • Develop and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the unattended payments space.
  • Proven experience with cloud technologies, kiosks, prepaid cards, mobile apps, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and deliver product strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
