The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a desire to be part of an early stage company. As a Senior Software Engineer you will be able to develop your skills and work with an enthusiastic team.

On a Typical Day, You Will:

• Collaborating with other designers and developers leading the next generation of the technology stack at DOZR
• Digitize and solve never before tackled problems in the construction industry
• Creating efficient and fast code that improves our code base in meaningful ways
• Scope, and lead large technical projects, laying the groundwork for early-stage products to iteratively evolve and scale
• Develop and execute against both short- and long-term roadmaps. Make effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation
• Teach and mentor both individual contributors and managers to become the next generation of leaders at Dozr. As a senior member on a new team, you will be looked to for guidance

• Team Player and Problem Solver

• 6+ years of experience in system design and software development in backend systems
• Experience in any of the following: JavaScript (Next.JS, Node.JS, React), Typescript, Python, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Google Cloud, GraphQL
