The Opportunity

Introhive is looking for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of corporate and internal projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, marketing, sales, and G&A to ensure alignment across projects. Identifying dependencies and integrating them into project plans.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance including key performance indicators and leading/lagging indicators.
  Prepare and present project status reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and risks.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and milestone reviews, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct post-project reviews and analysis to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
  Ensure that all projects follow the standard process. Contribute to the continuous improvement of that process.

Must Have:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• A positive, collaborative and friendly attitude
• A knack for continually improving processes and practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in Atlassian Project Management tools
• Proven track record in an Agile environment as an Agile Project manager.
• An understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience working on Projects with increasing scope of impact.
• Bachelor's degree or Community College diploma or equivalent industry experience
• PMP Certification, Lean/Six-Sigma Certifications, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Certification
