We currently have an opening for an ambitious Project Administrator in our Surrey branch. This full-time position offers tremendous growth opportunities, including diverse projects, supported career development, and potential for advancement.

As a Project Administrator, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team;
  • Track progress and timelines;
  • Maintain and organize project documentation;
  • Collaborate with all key stakeholders during projects and assist in coordinating the activities of designated projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget;
  • Anticipate and address the needs of the project team and customers;
  • Take a proactive and professional approach to problem-solving and have strong organizational abilities.

Your Experience:

  • Ideally, you have 1-2+ years of experience in an administrative or similar role;
  • Experience with project tracking, project budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing;
  • Accounting experience (invoicing, budgets, etc.);
  • Formal education/diploma in office administration or business administration is considered an asset;
  • Construction industry experience, including estimation, is considered an asset.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability for self-management of multiple simultaneous priorities or deadlines;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Creative problem solver who works in a professional manner;
  • Comfortable operating in a multi-project environment;
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, identify problems or missing information, and address issues proactively;
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to quality and support of process improvement;
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across our company, maintaining our close-knit, team-orientated culture.
