One of our client's projects is responsible for delivering a wide range of cybersecurity solutions for medical device networks. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the development of technical solutions related to medical asset inventory, network access solutions and others, by collecting and analyzing business requirements, mapping them to appropriate processes and technologies, performing product-related analysis utilizing customer and product data, supporting implementation activities and documenting transition to operations collateral. This will involve collaboration with different subject matter experts, engaging stakeholders, prioritizing activities, preparing executive-level presentations, identifying and documenting requirements, processes and procedures. This role is responsible for all product-related analysis, utilizing customer and product data
What you will be doing:

• Liaise with business, technical, and project stakeholders to evaluate and support the implementation of appropriate technical solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders to identify and collect technical and business requirements using best practice methods and tools.
• Perform vendor market research analysis against defined requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams across multiple organizations to complete assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Perform technical systems and networks analysis related to tools and technologies for wired, and wireless medical devices, endpoints intrusion detections, and others.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you have:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• At least 6 years of technical business analysis experience with IT infrastructure and security projects in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience working within the Health Authorities is highly preferred.
• Previous experience with network, systems, and security infrastructure implementations.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience developing supporting documentation (e.g. requirements matrix, processes, policies, procedures, decision records, etc.).
• Experienced in working collaboratively with subject matter experts in specialized technical fields.
• The ability to effectively navigate and deliver results in a large and complex environment is a must.
• Demonstrated capability working with Senior Management team and Executives.
• Must be able to work independently to solve problems.
• Must be competent in MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
• Strong project management, analytical, and people skills.
• Change management/business transformation experience is an asset.
• A track record of following through on commitments
