Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash.
• Stock and replenish kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely preparation of orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
