What Does It Take?

• At least 2-3 canvassing sessions per week, each session consisting of 2-3 hours

• Weekly meetings with coach about performance and goals

• a “Student mindset” (Coachable, with a desire to learn and the ability to take feedback and criticism effectively)

• A desire to build on our positive community atmosphere

• Access to a vehicle and reliable transportation

• A desire to make money and put in serious effort (You get what you put in!)

COMPENSATION

• $18-30 per hour
• Results based pay and incentives
• Competitions with Prizes
