Job Summary

As a Purchasing & Warehouse Assistant, you are expected to facilitate and assist the managers' work and perform a variety of administrative duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing & Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to managing office tasks, as well as the ability to support warehouse operations. As an Office Assistant with Warehouse Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of both the office and warehouse.

  • Purchasing / Warehouse Support:

- Generate purchase orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.

- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues with delivered products or services.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.

- Assist in managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records.

- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate shipments and deliveries.

- Utilize computer systems to track and manage warehouse inventory.

- Support the purchasing and warehouse team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

  • Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

- Effectively communicate with team members and external parties.

  • Computer Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.

- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.

  • Adaptability:

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to take on new responsibilities as the needs of the office and warehouse evolve.

Remunerations

  • Hourly rate starting from 17.5 and up to 21 dollars per hour;
  • Bonus possible based on performance;
  • Eligibility for group insurance after the probation period passed;
  • Work five days a week and a weekend day will be included.
