Who are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates looking to expand their career as Job Captains and Project Managers!

We are in a rapidly growing environment and looking for more than a checklist of experience, we're hiring for attitude, drive, and people skills.

The ideal candidates will have excellent skills in AutoCAD, knowledge of what it takes to put together production drawings, connect with our clients, mentor junior members of the team and enjoy working in a team environment.

In addition, you will have a strong work ethic, a desire to learn and a drive to continue to grow your career in the low-rise residential space!

Skills & Experience Required:

• A diploma in Architectural Technology from an accredited college
• 5+ years of experience as a Job Captain or Project Manager in a Design or Architectural firm
• Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop and/or Revit
• Good knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member and takes direction well
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
