Qualifications
•
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT Discipline; or equivalent experience
•
8-10+ years of consulting experience implementing solutions in SAP HCM ECC (HR/Payroll?Benefits currently on EHP 8.0 environment
Looking for a background of 2-3 implementations/roll outs/upgrades
•
Experience implementing Benefits including configuration of Benefit Plans (Health, Insurance, Savings, Flexible Spending and Miscellaneous)
•
Candidates must have strong working experience/knowledge of PA, OM, and Payroll integration with at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations
•
Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
•
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
•
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
•
Experience facilitating technical assessment workshops
