Must have:
·Experience in Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Azure Storage, ADF, Azure Analysis Service
·5 +years of experience in data analysis developing business intelligence and reporting in a medium to large size corporate environment demonstrating detailed knowledge of BI functions such as analytics, data modeling & data mining, reporting, report conversion and data cleansing.
·10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration
·Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development
Nice to Have:
·Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset

Responsibilities
• Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
• Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including tec

• Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications

Experience and Skill Set Requirements
BI &Siebel Development Skills - 40%
·10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/design/development/integration
·5+ years of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE and etc
·5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
·3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18 with a focus on configuring/developing.
·Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
·Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
·Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
·Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
·Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
·Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)
Report Development Skills - 35%
·Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development
·Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript
·Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files
Soft Skills- 20%
·Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

Note:
This position is currently listed as "Hybrid"; however, the consultant will be remote due to COVID-19 related Work from Home (WFH) direction. Once the I&IT cluster staff are required to return to the office, the resource under this request will be required to work onsite as well.
