We are excited to announce our search for Multi-Location Manager in downtown Toronto. In this role you'll bring your strengths in creating an environment that supports WAXON's brand and focus on high quality and great client experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk coordination
  • Day to day operations, tracking, reporting, general management
  • Staffing and scheduling controls
  • Achieving weekly and monthly goals and targets set by your Regional Manager.
  • Provide clients with superior customer service, handle any client issues
  • Provide a superior employee experience for your team
  • Inventory Management
  • Merchandising
  • Weekly Report Review Meeting with upper Management.
  • Weekly One on one's with staff members
  • Leading monthly employee team meetings
  • Performing bi-annual reviews for your location's employees
  • Responsibility to hit sales objectives and remain on budget
  • Maintaining a superior level of customer service
  • Lead and grow your WAXON team
  • Motivating and coaching your team to hit daily/weekly/monthly targets and goals
  • Following all WAXON policies + procedures
  • Demonstrating WAXON core values to the highest standard
  • Being a strong ambassador of the WAXON brand – at work and outside of work

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Enthusiastic people person with leadership qualities
  • A passion for the beauty industry
  • Highly motivated
  • Able to effectively drive sales and hit targets set to you
  • Motivate your team to perform at a very high standard
  • Ability to delegate and instruct
  • Able to organize, prioritize and complete tasks simultaneously
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work some evenings and weekends
