Responsibilities:

  • The collection of accounts receivable payments and submission of relevant entries.

  • Close collaboration with project management to ensure smooth financial operations.

  • The meticulous preparation of invoices.

  • Providing support to the accounts payable department when required.

  • Promptly responding to customer inquiries, maintaining excellent customer relations, and adeptly resolving any issues.

  • Following Company procedures to communicate with customers who have overdue accounts.

Qualifications:

  • A background in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field through post-secondary education is a plus.

  • A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in either accounts receivable or accounts payable.

  • Familiarity with the world of construction would be a definite advantage.

  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and French would be a bonus, though not mandatory.

  • Proficiency in mathematics, typing, and a mastery of accounting software.

  • A keen eye for precision, efficiency, and an unwavering sense of accountability.

  • The ability to foster positive relationships with clients and internal departments.
