• Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
• Set clear product vision and communicate 'the story' of each MVP to key collaborators and the leadership group
• Maintain and communicate the squad's roadmap
• Continuously improve backlog ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized
• Drive sprint and release plans together with the rest of the squad
• Share user feedback and usage analytics with the squad

What you must have:

• Proven knowledge of the RACE program and leadership demands and struggles to be able to build high-value product visions · Comfortable with technology/IT including but not limited to agility.ai, Azure DevOps, and Product Board to be able to engage in discussion with technical team members to understand and mitigate against roadmap and delivery risks
• Experience in Agile Development, with a min of five years of specific Product Owner (or similar) experience preferred, should be confident in managing the backlog
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and tradeoffs and tell a compelling story
• Ability to influence a diverse group of leadership partners around feature prioritization
• Strong problem solver with the ability to lead teams to iterate and evolve digital solutions and progress toward scalable products
• Challenger attitude and passion to challenge status quo to find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas loves and embraces change
• Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency and trust across the team
• Not afraid to 'roll up the sleeves' and seeks to go outside comfort zone to learn pushes the team to do the same
• Experimental approach to drive quick and iterative innovation
