As a Commercial Lease Manager at Jim Peplinski Leasing, you will be the catalyst behind hunting for new partnerships, caring for our existing clients, and zeroing in on exciting opportunities that align with our target markets.

As a key player on our sales team, you will:

• Identify and pursue new fleet and individual lease opportunities to expand our client base.
• Handle lease quotations, renewals, and extensions with a keen attention to detail.
• Determine competitive pricing and locate vehicles that meet client needs.
• Manage the end-to-end vehicle delivery process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Provide a personalized follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Maintain our CRM with up-to-date and relevant information for effective tracking and analysis.
• Take ownership of client growth and satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact for your client base.

What you bring to the table:

• You've got at least 3-5 years of related experience under your belt.
• You're well seasoned in B2B commercial and industrial leasing.
• You have an unstoppable drive, a hunger to learn and undeniable energy.
• You have a natural ability to create and foster long-term and meaningful relationships with people.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills and can negotiate with the toughest of customers.
• A proven ability to prospect and cultivate new business opportunities.
