Position Summary: This opportunity is for a therapist who is a healer by heart, enjoys helping people with various injuries, and would like to be a part of the collaborative healing team. Due to a large group size, we urgently need help with treatments Apr 7-14, possibly, also April 14-21. As we grow, we need help with overflow times and then there is an opportunity to gradually move into a permanent therapist position. Alternatively, temp help, even for a day or two, would be also appreciated. Since therapies are included in the program packages, there are a lot of treatments we need to deliver (on Apr 7-14, we will need about 150+ treatments in total, between various modalities).
Hours: Our Treatment Hours: 1:30-9:30 p.m. (up to 4 90-min appointments per day). The number of appointments depends on demand, but we group them well, so it works well with your personal practice. Pay:
$90 per 60-min treatment, $120 per 90-min treatment, contract pay. Plus tips. We provide the client, cover rent, take care of bookings and guest payments, do laundry and housekeeping. We also cover the credit card charges of the guest payments. The process is organized and efficient, and it is easy to do business with us.
Requirements:
Solid deep tissue and structural health massage skills
Current liability insurance
An Asset: manual lymphatic drainage (dr. Vodder) etc.) and/ or other unique modalities.
You are a team player, you enjoy connecting with other professionals
You are passionate about what you do and seeing your clients getting better, it is not just a money-making job for you

We are a natural health restoration retreat that primarily specializes in physical health, emotional wellness and quit smoking programs. Our guests stay with us for up to 3 weeks. Because we do bookings on a per-group and per-week basis, in most cases appointments are grouped very well, and we often fill up full days (though not always). Gaps between appointments are quite rare. For the most part, you know your schedule a week ahead (by Sunday prior)
You do not need to wait for bookings - you only come out when something is booked
