RMT Commissions are Guaranteed for first 3-month. No risk of loss income. Part-time and Full-time positions available.
Different compensation plans available including guaranteed salary plus commissions and incentives OR fixed per client commission plus service bonus plan. All tips gratuities are paid 100% tips to the therapist. A full-time RMT can earn $80,000 to $100,000 annually on services rendered. A part-time RMT can earn $300-$430 per day.
We are a 2500 sq/ft., 9-room facility that functions like a clinic with a relaxed, spa-vibe.
RMT Requirements: New graduates are encouraged to apply! We want to bring on like-minded people who are positive, caring, skilled, responsible and dedicated. Must be registered in Ontario and in good standing with the CMTO. Liability insurance is required.
Work Requirements: We offer flexible scheduling and note that evenings and weekends are in high demand for clients. We are open to number of days worked per week.
We will provide all front desk functions, administration, marketing, all supplies including gel, lotion and oil, PPE, laundry services, linens, blankets, robes and slippers, scrub-type pant and top uniform, hydraulic tables, fans/heaters and hot towel cabbies.
