Position: Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through acquiring new clients and fostering relationships with existing ones. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance to management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the service industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in G suite, BambooHR and CRM software.
- You MUST live in Toronto and be willing to work in the office two days a week and do some customer site visits.
