AGM Home Renovations is currently in search of an experienced Structural Wall Removal Team to join our operation as a subcontractor. If you have experience in structural wall removals and collaborate with engineers to obtain stamped engineer drawings, we want to hear from you.
Requirements:

• Proven experience in structural wall removals
• Collaboration with engineers to obtain stamped engineer drawings.
• Possession of WSIB and liability insurance
• Ability to travel across GTA

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural wall removals as required.
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Site Cleanup: Thoroughly cleaning the work area once demolition is complete, including removal of debris and dust to leave the site in a safe and tidy condition.
• Compliance with Building Codes: knowledge and adherence to all relevant building codes, permits, and regulations governing structural alterations and demolition work.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
