SUMMARY
The Welder/Operator is involved in pipe roll welding using Sub-Arc process.
Location: Acheson, AB Yard
Anticipated Start Date: TBD
Shift: 4&3
Hourly Rate: $35.45 - $53.15 (Inclusive of employer contributions for vacation/statutory, health and welfare, RSP, RSP Matching, and education and training)
- $3.00/hr outdoor premium (if applicable)
- $3.00/hr night shift premium (if applicable)
- Potential OT available
JOB DUTIES
- Comply with company safety rules, as well as OH&S standards
- Pipe roll welding using Sub-Arc process
- Working in the Acheson Yard
- May perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- An Alberta JM ticket (or journeyman certificate recognized by AIT) may be required
- Previous Sub-Arc experience
- CSTS-09 or CSTS-20
- Must be physically able to lift 50lbs
