Salary: Salary $85,000-$100,000/year + Benefits

Spring Financial is looking for a Lead Product UI/UX Designer to help us design and transform the client-facing website for Spring Financial's users.

As a key member of the Growth team, you'll be handling various design challenges, aiming to enhance our work. You possess a sophisticated design sense, are a hands-on product designer, and can tackle diverse design tasks. Collaboration and a team-first attitude are essential.

In This Role, You Will:

• Lead a team of UI/UX designers and design technologists, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging innovative thinking.
• Partner with Product, Growth Marketing, and Operations to define key objectives and identify the most impactful features.
• Design and deliver key functionality within our client-facing, responsive website and mobile application, including requirement gathering, functionality design and testing.
• Deliver the design of wireframes, user flows, prototypes and specifications based on a synthesis of business drivers, product requirements, user needs, and technical considerations.
• Adhere to project milestones through design delivery and presentation to stakeholders.
• Provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams.
• Contribute to the establishment of design guidelines and standards.
• Maintain the quality of UI/UX team deliverables, covering precise designs, testing proposals, and copy variations.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Website and Application Design experience
• 3+ years of team management experience
• Experience with high-volume, high-traffic websites and mobile apps, focused on maximizing conversions and volume.
• Fintech experience is a plus.

Desired Qualifications:

• Have experience creating high-impact, high-traffic websites and mobile apps.
• Strong UX and Visual design skills and command of common design tools, specifically Figma, for creating documentation and prototypes.
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to convey design solutions to a broad range of stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to shape and drive work independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines.
• Experience designing effectively within a standards-aligned environment.
• Experience working with digital design systems, contributing to style guides, and delivering digital assets to development teams.
• Must be detail-oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects, and prioritize different tasks.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a current online portfolio and CV/resume.
