We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer to join our professional Services team for permanent employment. As an Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using the Appian low-code development platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable Appian applications.

What Will You Do:-

• Full stack developer involved in the design, development, and implementation of custom Appian solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Configure Appian processes, rules, forms, and interfaces to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Appian applications, including design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for Appian applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues within Appian applications, providing timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on the latest Appian features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to integrate Appian applications with existing systems and third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.

What Do You Need To Succeed:-

• Preferred to have Appian developer certifications (Associate, Senior or Lead).
• Extensive experience in process modeling using Appian Automation smart services (Data, Integration, AI skills, Robotic etc)
• Proven experience in modeling complex data models using Appian's Data fabric framework.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing Appian applications using Appian Skill designer, including process models, rules, and user interfaces.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
