Student Works is a home maintenance company that provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning and power washing services to households and commercial buildings. Last summer we sold and produced over $150,000 and had over 300 clients. We are currently looking to add one sales representative to our team to generate door-to-door leads, perform qualifying calls, and on-site estimate to book jobs with clients. . This year is going to be a great one, with a company goal of maximizing growth while maintaining a fun and enjoyable experience for our team, through our Work Hard, Play Hard strategy.

About the Job

• You will be going door to door offering to schedule free estimates for window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and pressure washing.

• You will be trained in how to handle objections. as well as how to schedule estimates at the door.

• After the trial period, you will be trained on how to perform qualifying calls with leads to transition them into booked estimates.

• From there, you will be trained in on-site estimating with clients to book jobs.
