About The Role

Thentia is seeking a dynamic Senior Partnership Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market share expansion through strategic partnership development. Reporting to the Head of Revenue, this individual contributor position focuses on establishing and leading a global strategy, encompassing pipeline creation, revenue expansion, cross-functional alignment, and executing go-to-market strategies with assigned partners. This role will ultimately shape impactful partnerships that drive global business expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with Partner and Partner Consulting Services, promoting Thentia's products, solutions, and brand to generate enthusiasm and demand within partner stakeholders.
  • Articulate the business value of Thentia's products and solutions to partner field teams, fostering a deep understanding of our offerings.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans and playbooks to drive the internal and external execution of objectives.
  • Own relationships at multiple levels within partner organizations, aiming to source qualified sales pipeline and support co-selling opportunities.
  • Manage partner sales pipelines meticulously, providing accurate forecasts to management and reporting progress regularly.
  • Drive and participate in regular QBRs with Partner leadership to ensure alignment and success.
  • Contribute to partner marketing efforts, collaborating with Partner Marketing Directors on various opportunities.
  • Provide valuable feedback to channel peers and leadership on market intelligence, competition, and knowledge gaps gained while working with partners.
  • Build and maintain partner profile information and contact details in PRM, CRM, and related systems.
  • Represent Thentia at industry events, conferences, and associations, acting as a Thentia ambassador.
  • Identify growth opportunities, create needs, and develop competitive solutions.
  • Ensure strong connections between Thentia and partners at all levels, bringing relevant stakeholders into strategic meetings.
  • Lead global communication among account teams covering these partners, coordinating multi-country deals for maximum value.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction with Thentia, serving as a senior point of escalation and taking a leadership role in problem-solving.
  • Build, deliver, and track strategic global account plans, forecasting, tracking, and reporting key information and performance indicators.
  • Lead a global virtual team across Thentia, engaging the right stakeholders to ensure successful partner delivery.

Qualifications

  • A BA/BS degree and a minimum of 6 years of work experience, including sales, business development, and managing large customer relationships.
  • A minimum of 3 years of global industry experience, ideally in public sector partnerships, with a strong network in the industry.
  • Exceptional strategic relationship management and consultative sales skills across multiple sectors, with a focus on growing the size of each relationship.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in ambiguity, and adaptability to shifting circumstances.
  • Successful experience in leading complex, strategic negotiations, and delivering on subsequent agreements is a plus.
  • Strong C-suite engagement skills and a track record of strategic account planning.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Resourcefulness and highly organized self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Thriving in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for covered partners and territory.
