We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to become a part of our expanding team in customer service. Your employment will be full-time and permanent.
Key responsibilities:
· Oversee the handling of various client and customer inquiries via email, website, and in-person channels.
· Consistently delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by upholding the highest standards of customer service to both internal and external customers.
· Prioritize your contacts and manage your time effectively to make sure that all client and customer operational requirements are satisfied in a professional and effective manner.
· Keep up-to-date databases of clients' and customers' information, and make sure that every problem is properly documented and escalated.
· Assume responsibility for duties, including resolving any potential problems.
· Oversee the timely resolution of customer complaints while adhering to business KPIs and SLAs.
Person Specification:
· Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities (phone and email).
· Skilled in using CRM and Microsoft Office software.
· Prior experience working with customers in an office setting.
· Prior ticket management system experience.
· Previous experience of working within a demanding and time critical environment.
· Process driven, with the ability to focus on the end result.
· Ability to learn quickly and work on own initiative.
