CGC Inc. is currently recruiting an Associate Customer Experience Specialist for our head office, based in Oakville, Ontario.

It's a permanent and full-time position, offering a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate their customer service skills within a large corporation.

Duties and responsibilities of the Associate Customer Experience Specialist include:

Customer Service is the Hub of CGC, working together with many departments to offer an exceptional experience for our customers. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

  • The Customer Experience Specialist (Bilingual) is an entry level position with opportunities to develop and build a career that offers a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate customer service skills within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Primary point of contact for customers placing orders with CGC
  • Receives and processes customer orders and answers customer inquiries, including follow-up as required, in a timely manner with a consistently high level of quality.
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with all departments.
  • Positive Team player actively sharing the workload.
  • Supports Sales and Marketing efforts related to specific product focus or information gathering as required.
  • Responsible for meeting specific individual/team operational metrics as defined in the Customer Service scorecard.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field. Significant relevant experience may be considered diploma equivalent.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
  • Must be a people and results-oriented individual who incorporates and emphasizes safety and quality in all aspects of the daily work environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Must demonstrate proven success at working independently with a sense of urgency and high level of customer focus.
  • Bilingual (English and French) is considered an asset.

Additional information

  • Monday to Friday with flexibility to adjust start and end times based on business needs.
  • Salary - $46,800 - $62,400
