Hi! We're Kulin (pronounced Koo • lin), we're a performance marketing agency focusing on the direct-to-consumer eCommerce industry. We partner with brands across many verticals, from haircare products and food & beverage, to custom luxury sofas and biodegradable phone cases.

We manage over $10M per month in ad spend and focus on helping brands sustainably scale their businesses through paid social, Google Ads, email/sms, and influencer marketing.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a Growth Manager to join our performance marketing agency that specializes in paid social, google and email marketing primarily for e-commerce brands. Our crew is tight-knit yet spread across Canada, with access to offices in Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, and London, ON.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day ad account management across paid social channels and Google Ads for 4-6 brands we work with. The successful candidate will report to our Associate Director of Growth Strategy. This is a full-time, remote position within Canada.

We're looking for someone who is ambitious, understands social media content trends, has an interest in eCommerce, and has the ability to work autonomously and within a team.

What You Will Do:

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day builds and maintenance of ad accounts across 4-6 brands.
  • You will be leading on routine (weekly, monthly) reporting processes for your accounts.
  • You will share performance updates and insights from your accounts with your project team.
  • You will support overall account strategy, collaborating with seniors managers and directors.

Prerequisites:

- 1-3 years of experience managing paid social and/or SEM - A HUGE interest in eCommerce and DTC brands
- Great problem solver and troubleshooter
- A desire to always be learning new things

- Strong copywriter, with an ability to come up with creative ideas for ads
