As our Sprinkler Fitter OR Registered Fire Protection Technician (RFPT), they will be responsible for a wide variety of in-field fire services such as installing, inspecting, maintaining, modifying, and servicing fire protection equipment and fire sprinkler systems.
Some of the additional expectations of this role include:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, specifications, schematics, and operational/product manuals.
- Determining specific solutions and recommendations for customers.
- Preparing materials for daily execution of assigned work orders.
- Completing daily reports of completed work orders and activities.
- Ensuring safe work practices are followed safety leadership is demonstrated in all aspects of the job.
- Mentoring other team members including trainees as assigned.

They must also possess the following experience and training credentials:
- 2+ years of field experience installing, inspecting, maintaining, modifying, and servicing sprinkler systems and fire pumps
- Appropriate trade training or RFPT training with sprinkler systems and/or fire pump endorsements
- Valid drivers license
Applicants must be able to travel to and work out of remote client sites. Overtime and overnight travel will be required; therefore, hours of work/schedule will vary.
