What will you do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality product acquisition.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Oversee the entire inventory management process, from ordering to stock levels and distribution.
- Implement efficient inventory control measures to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Analyze pricing trends and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with suppliers to optimize procurement costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for accurate demand forecasting.
- Develop and maintain inventory planning models to meet customer demands and minimize shortages.
In order to be successful, you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
